Cloudist
AI Call Center

Every call answered, every hour

An AI voice agent that answers your phone, understands your products and procedures from your own documents, and finishes the job — or hands a briefed human the call. Turkish and English, with Cloudist.

We do not replace your support team — we take the repeated calls off their hands.

Indicative pilot targets, not guarantees. We agree the numbers your pilot is measured against before go-live.

Why this exists

Phone support breaks in the same three places

Demand is spiky, people are not. The gaps are predictable, and so is what they cost you.

Missed calls are lost revenue

Every call that goes to voicemail during lunch, at night or on a public holiday is a customer who has already called your competitor.

Your team is buried in repeats

The same ten questions, hundreds of times a month, while the questions that actually need a person are left waiting.

Quality swings with the shift

On a busy day the answers get short and the details get skipped — and there is no consistent record of what was promised.

How it works

Three hard problems, solved one layer at a time

A voice agent fails as a whole system the moment one layer is weak. Hearing the caller, knowing the answer and replying in time are three separate engineering problems — so we treat them that way.

Layer 1

Hears correctly

Speech recognition tuned for telephone audio and for the words your business actually uses — product names, plans, codes, Turkish terminology and English loanwords mixed in one sentence.

Layer 2

Knows your business

Answers are generated from your approved documents, price lists and systems, not from a generic model that guesses. Anything it cannot ground in your data, it does not invent.

Layer 3

Replies in time

Speech synthesis fast enough that the answer arrives while the caller is still expecting it. Half a second of extra latency is all it takes for a call to feel like a machine.

What it does

What the agent handles on a call

Turkish and English in one call

The caller switches languages mid-sentence; so does the agent — no menus, no "for English press two".

Interruptible

The caller talks over it and it stops, re-listens and adjusts, the way a person does.

Scenario-aware

Support, pre-sales qualification, appointment booking, order status and outbound reminders each follow their own flow.

Your numbers, your PBX

Connects to the SIP trunk or PBX you already run, and to your CRM. No new phone hardware.

Books real appointments

Checks live availability, books into your calendar or ticketing system and confirms by SMS or email.

Reporting you can audit

Full transcripts, intent, outcome, handle time and hand-over reasons per call — exportable and queryable.

Why teams choose us

What makes this more than a phone menu with a voice

A demo voice bot is easy. One that answers only with approved information, keeps working when the caller interrupts, fits your telephony and survives a compliance review is a different build. That part is engineering — and it is the part we do.

Bring your hardest call

It does not make things up

Grounded on your own documents and systems, with guardrails on out-of-scope questions. If it does not have a reliable answer, it says so and routes the call.

Built for Turkish first

Recognition and synthesis tuned for Turkish pronunciation, accents and code-switching, with English handled alongside it rather than bolted on.

Your stack, our orchestration

Models, telephony and speech vendors are swappable. You are not locked into one provider because the call flow lives on our layer.

Compliant by design

The caller is told they are speaking with an automated assistant, calls are recorded with consent, personal data stays inside Turkish boundaries and a human is always one step away.

How we deliver it

Four steps from recordings to live traffic

    01

    Scope the calls

We listen to real recordings with your team and pick the intents a pilot should handle — and the ones it must hand over.

    02

    Build the knowledge base

Your documents, price lists, FAQs and system APIs become one grounded source, with owners and review dates attached.

    03

    Connect systems

Your PBX or SIP provider, your CRM and — where needed — your booking or ticketing system.

    04

    Pilot and tune

We start with a slice of live traffic, review transcripts with your team and close the gaps before scaling.

Trust and compliance

Callers know who they are talking to

Voice data is personal data. Disclosure, consent, retention and access are designed into the call flow rather than added afterwards, and documented before the first live call.

Read our privacy policy

Recording with notice

Callers are told the call is recorded and automated at the start of the call.

KVKK and GDPR aligned

Lawful basis, purpose limitation and retention rules are agreed per client and documented.

Encryption in transit and at rest

SRTP/TLS on the media path, encryption at rest for recordings and transcripts, access limited by role.

Human hand-over

Callers can ask for a person at any point in the call, and the hand-over reason is logged.

FAQ

Questions we get from operations teams

Does it really sound like a human?

It sounds like a well-recorded voice, and in a short task-oriented call most callers do not think about it. It does not fake being a person: if the caller asks, it says it is an automated assistant.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It transfers the call to a human with the context it already collected, or it takes a callback request and creates a CRM record. "I do not know" is a designed outcome, not a failure.

Will it answer with made-up prices?

No. Pricing and policy answers come only from approved sources, and out-of-scope questions are blocked. That is exactly the part we tune during the pilot.

Which phone system does it work with?

Anything with SIP — a cloud PBX, a traditional PBX behind a gateway, or a carrier trunk. The CRM side is API-based; Cloudist CRM is supported out of the box.

How long does a pilot take?

A first working scenario is usually running against real numbers inside a few weeks. What moves that is how clean your documents are and how much CRM access we get.

Where is our call data stored?

On Cloudist infrastructure in Turkish boundaries, in accounts you own or in ours under a DPA. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest and retention is configured per client.
